Sahr Yambasu

Sahr is President of the Methodist Church in Ireland. Born in Sierra Leone, Sahr moved to Ireland in 1995 following the civil war. He ministers in Waterford, and is married to Clodagh, who is also a minister in the Methodist Church in Ireland. Sahr has spent much of his life studying challenging and addressing the causes and effects of poverty both in Sierra Leone and in Europe. He is part of the Programmes and Partnerships Committee.
