Are you gearing up yet for an unforgettable Summer?
Events season for All We Can is a time filled with fun opportunities to meet with our supporters and have chance to hold meaningful conversations about the work we are doing and why we care so passionately about the way that we do it. At the same time we get chances to hear your stories and share in events that are helping you to fulfil your own potential in other ways, in faith, in learning, in adventure, in life.
All We Can will be kicking off the summer events season at Lionheart festival on the beautiful Isle of Wight on July 27th and 28th.
Lionheart is a Christian Festival for all ages, with inspiring worship, dynamic speakers, and a chance to build community connections. It is an opportunity to celebrate faith in a vibrant atmosphere against the stunning scenery of the island. This year’s line up includes Danny Oates, Rob Westall, Kelly Newton Wordsworth, Tom Smith, and Lou and Nathan Fellingham.
All We Can is proud to be Lionheart’s charity partner.
We will be co-hosting on the main stage, sharing transformational stories from the communities we partner with, and introducing our latest campaign ‘Charity begins at Home’. We pray that this will challenge you to engage with international development in new ways and consider how we are called to respond.
At our stall we will be sharing an interactive experience, introducing you to our partners SHIFSD (Self Help Initiative for Sustainable Development) in Liberia. Jeremiah Burgess is the executive director at SHIFSD and is a strong believer in the inherent God-given potential within all individuals. He says ‘we’re just trying to move some clay off so the gold in there can shine and they get to know their own value.’
Whether you’re already part of our movement or hearing about us for the first time, we would love to meet with you. Come and join us to find out what treasures you can uncover and understand how we can avoid development pitfalls and bring out the best in one another.
It is always a joy to connect with supporters!
