What is Lionheart Festival?
Lionheart Festival was established in 2022 – it’s a Christian festival for all ages, located in the beautiful surroundings of the Isle of Wight.
Supported by the Wight Church Network and several Churches on the mainland, the festival is about coming together as a community to praise and worship God, to be inspired, and to bring that inspiration back to our own communities.
Dates: Friday 14th – Sunday 16th July 2023
Location: IOW County Showground, 490 Newport Rd, Cowes, PO31 8QU
Who is it for?
You’ll love Lionheart if you’re a fan of the great outdoors, if you want a space to be refreshed and restored alongside others with music, arts, and fun activities for all ages.
Amazing worship and preaching, children’s ministry, youth ministry, and a bouncy castle – there’s even a creche for the very young festival-goers!
Why is it different?
Lionheart isn’t just for the church mice among us: It identifies itself as a place of welcome for ‘not yet believers’, and those who want to explore their Christian journey together further in inspiring surroundings.
Why is All We Can involved?
Lionheart festival is new, growing, and full of potential – and that’s why at All We Can, we can’t get enough of it. We’ve been a supporting partner since the start, and we’re thrilled to be returning this year.
What will All We Can be doing?
We’ll be running our own event space, welcoming people to delve into our work and learn about our partnership approach – with the help of a tandem bike game, and other fun activities!
