Joanna Sopylo-Firrisa

Joanna joined All We Can in September 2023 with the aim of strengthening the workplace culture and people experience. She looks after all people and people processes at All We Can helping them to feel empowered and enabled in their work, embedding our partnership approach where possible in our internal work.

Before joining All We Can, Joanna worked at other charities doing similar roles as she’s passionate about effective and happy workplaces and people development. Her previous experience also involves being a journalist and working in media in other roles in her native Poland.

To relax and unwind, she goes for walks, spends time in nature with her husband and two daughters, and enjoys the simple pleasures of life, like reading and being with friends.
