All We Can Partner Churches are congregations that are particularly passionate about global poverty and make an ongoing commitment to supporting All We Can.
At All We Can, we are steadfastly committed to helping our local partners become sustainable through long-term support. Our approach to development, more so than its alternatives, relies on reliability and regularity from our UK supporters. Long-term support enables long-term change.
Partner Church is to churches what monthly giving is to individual supporters – a chance to amplify the impact of your giving by making it regular, and to make global poverty and development a key priority for your church.
What do partner churches commit to?
At its heart, Partner Church is about making some sort of annual commitment to All We Can, but that can take a form most suitable for your context. Before signing up as a Partner Church, please ensure that someone from your church is signed up as an
All We Can Champion. They are our key point of contact who receive regular updates of how churches can get involved with our work and every Partner Church will need one!
These are our main suggestions for what an annual commitment could look like:
Commit to holding at least one fundraising event for All We Can each year. The type of event and when it occurs could vary – the main thing is the ongoing commitment. This wouldn’t prevent you from raising money for other charities either!
Hold at least 3 collections for All We Can a year – these could be spread evenly throughout the year or to coincide with relevant Special Sundays
Donate a certain (small!) percentage of your church income to All We Can each year
Use All We Can’s church resources [link to resources]
You could even cycle around these commitments year on year – holding a couple of fundraising events one year, and then taking some collections the next year, for example.

The opportunity to have a video call with one of our team to discuss how to make being a Partner Church work for you
An annual mailing which will include an impact certificate for the money you donated as a church in the previous year
