Foday Sillah

With over 15 years of experience in strategic leadership, program design, and resource mobilisation, Foday holds an MBA in International Project Management and a BA in Community Development Studies. He has led and advised on a broad range of initiatives in Sierra Leone and across West Africa, focusing on health systems strengthening, civic engagement, human rights, and economic empowerment. Foday currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of FIRMS Consultancy Limited, where he leads multi-sectoral research and advisory work for national and international clients.

His previous roles include Deputy Team Leader for USAID-funded programs with Making Cents International, Humanitarian Lead at Trocaire Sierra Leone, Country Program Consultant with the Open Society Initiative for West Africa (OSIWA) and National Consultant with the West African Health Organisation (WAHO). Foday brings a strong commitment to policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement and inclusive development.
