Mwesigye Kwarimpa-atim
Country Representative - Uganda. Organizational Learning and Development Consultant.
As a development worker, Mwesigye believes that every individual, organization and community has the potential to learn, develop, and transform themselves and their situation. This inspires her to commit her energy, creativity, knowledge, skills and time to facilitate processes that enable this empowering change to happen.
She is an Organization Development expert with extensive experience in working in diverse contexts, ranging from local rural communities in Uganda to intercontinental and international contexts. She has over 20 years of working with diverse CBOs and NGOs including Faith Based Organizations in Uganda mainly in areas of organizational capacity development, change management, project planning and monitoring and evaluation.
Mwesigye believes that leadership as a practice and behaviour shapes and determines the health and productivity of workplaces and as such she has committed to being part of developing transformational leaders in Africa through training CSO boards and her associateship with EASUN Centre for Organizational Learning based in Tanzania. For over 15 years she has been one of the main facilitators of the EASUN course in Facilitating Organizational Learning and Development (FOLD course) for CSO leaders in the region.
Mwesigye applies her skills, experience and knowledge of over 15 years in participatory and reflective learning processes to facilitate development processes in organizations and communities, in team building interventions; organizational self -assessments, change management processes, strategic planning as well as monitoring, learning and evaluation.
