It is Time to Act!

Across Palestine and Israel, communities are living through devastating violence, loss, and injustice.

In the Kairos Palestine II document, Palestinian Christians called upon the global Church to act, not with silence or despair, but with courage, compassion, and action. Challenged by the call of Kairos Palestine II, a group of Christian Agencies met to discuss our response.

Over the months, we lamented our and the churches' lack of action, the role our government continues to play in supporting the oppressor, and the question of how we might engage churches differently in active response.

Out of this, the Just Peace Coalition formed and rapidly grew, as we developed together the Time to Act campaign. The campaign offers a response to that original call to act by Christian Palestinians, providing an opportunity to listen, learn, live, and act in ways that support justice, human dignity, and freedom for all who call the Holy Land home.

Together, we are inviting individuals, churches, and communities to join our campaign and commit to working and praying for a just peace for all who call the Holy Land home.

This is not simply a moment of awareness. It is time to act.

The campaign invites churches and individuals to do four things: listen, learn, live, and act.

LISTEN: Read, study, and engage with the calls from Palestinian Christians through this list of key resources.

LEARN: Use prayer, worship, and study materials to deepen understanding and equip yourself and your church for faithful response.

LIVE: Find out how you can make ethical choices that promote human flourishing and support local Palestinian businesses and Christian institutions.

ACT: Call on the UK Government to uphold international law and take the following actions to end Israel’s illegal occupation of Palestine.

Join us today by adding your name and standing with others across  the UK who are calling for justice, dignity, and peace for all of those who call the Holy Land home.

By adding your name, you join a movement committed to action for justice, accountability, and peace.
